Fresh from celebrating 5 years of business with a hugely successful 3 month Boxpark pop up venture, London brand AnyForty aren’t wasting any time with what’s left of 2013 and have come crashing through the gates with a brand new collection entitled AnyForty Versus Volumes. Going against industry norm, they have decided to bin off the traditional seasonal drops, and in a brave move have created yearly AnyForty Volumes, split up into quarterly Chapter releases.
The first Chapter is set to be released on Wednesday August 28th, and to celebrate the new format, they have teamed up with cult Brick lane based store and their newest stockists Roktic, to throw a party that showcases each of the 7 artists involved in the new collection and there personal work. Artists involved are Sprinkes (Australia), Greg Mike (USA), Chris B Murray (USA), SPZero76 (UK), Nikki Farquaharson (UK), UltraFry (UK) and Iain Macarthur (UK).
Also on the evening, there will be live art from Bristol based street artist Keith Hopewell aka SPZero76, live beatbox performances by AnyForty family Hobbit & surprise guest friends with beers supplied by the lovely folks at Desperados. . Part exhibition, part gig, part party, part of you knows you’d be a fool if you miss out.
