Artist Petro Wodkins Replaces Manneken Pis Statue In Brussels

The Russian artist Petro Wodkins wanted to find out how famous the Manneken Pis really was and exchanged it for a statue of himself. Then asked tourist what they thought. Petro and his crew were arrested by the Belgian police who confiscated the golden statue and there's currently a dispute between Petro and the Belgian government to get the confiscated artwork back.
